Working with new people is an education in itself.  To clue you in, I cannot be too specific in the details within my experience, so I am purposefully being vague.  We thought that we were with folks living the same lifestyle as ourselves.  We thought that the words "family"and "team" which were included in our interview and entrance meeting really meant "family" and "team".  Apparently those two words are not resonating with everyone in our "family/team".  Some folks have too much time on their hands and have to meddle in areas which they do not work, but they complain to the manager about how I do my job.
I love my job, I respect my managers.  I like the people I work with except those who are sticking their noses into places they do not belong.   The managers support me in my performance, but for some reason had to pass on the complaints to me.  My feelings are hurt that a colleague is no longer a "colleague" to me.  Is that considered "two-faced"?
